The HO Assocation is voluntary. For an annual fee of $40 water access is offered to the boat ramp and Worton Creek. Marina and Boat slips are available through application for an extra fee. Check with Listing Agent for more information about the community. Lot failed perc in 2005 and cannot be built on but a great place to use your boat!
